We purchased a second hand Crusader Duke Caravan and are extremely happy with our choice. We needed a van asap and all staff helped make this happen. Service from all staff was great and a lot of fun along the way. We appreciated the special lunch and chat with Trent on our handover day. We had a few items in the van that were after market from the previous owners and very technical and needed figuring out. They were not all sorted when we took the van but we had great confidence that they would be resolved in a timely manner, which they were. We were very pleased that when these items were sorted, Shem came to our property in Sheffield and explained all items clearly to us. We would like to thank Nathan for his efforts, answering all our newby questions, Dave and Sheepy for the care at hand over, Shem and all the service staff and of course Trent for patiently helping us make this big decision and the great price for all the bells and whistles our van has.
